Summary
Take a peep into the user interface developed for a billion-dollar industrial company with over 20,000 workers. The goal was to develop a team and an event management system to maximize team happiness/health alongside managing incidents that are plant-specific.
Our collaboration sealed a 8 million dollar contract for development and implementation over 3 years and is one of the first SAAS industrial solutions that truly advocate for the daily users and encompasses a host of gamified solutions for team growth.

Our Approach
We used a human centered design framework for the design process over a period of 12 weeks, which included everything from UX research to handoff. The scale of the project required the support of our entire team, and despite being presented with the sole challenge of developing an incident management system, our research highlighted that there was not only a major issue with the current digital solution but more importantly, the morale of end users didn't indicate that any solution would be entertained without their needs and wants at the forefront. This led us to design the team management and happiness user experience, which has already has a positive impact not just on the workers, but has also led to an increase in profitability.
